Last Saturday, a special work was scheduled for the Kirchtannen bunker. Adrian (partner of our active member Angi) asked us to support his diploma thesis. He is studying to become a craftsman in the preservation of historical monuments and since we were just starting the restoration of the bunker Kirchtannen, this would be a great and different diploma thesis. This was also a special request for us but of course also very interesting and so we gladly accepted.
Adrian started last Saturday with the securing of several samples of the different colours on all elements. After the saving came the analysis of these. The idea is to restore the bunker, with the support of Adrian, especially with regard to the colours, more true to the original as we have already done very successfully with two installations.
