Hardly a few weeks have passed before we can already introduce the next two aspirants.
These are David and Jan. Both are enthusiastic Swiss military fans and have already had some contact with the Swiss military. David was active for a long time in a pontoon club and Jan is in the Swiss military as a sergeant commander of a Leopard 2. Now the two would also like to get to know the historical military (even) better and are already looking forward to the missions with the association Schweizerarmeefreunde.
David joined us through the Verein Militär- und Festungsverein Full-Reuenthal (VMFM). There he has been actively helping for a long time in the Mierscherhalle team with the renovation and repair of the vehicles. True to the motto “Clubs help clubs”, various CHAF active members are also active in the VMFM and vice versa.
Jan became aware of us through our latest social media channel Instagram, which is maintained by Linda
In the meantime, the two of them have already completed the not quite so formal job interview at our LBA. Next on the agenda is the participation in our general assembly and then the probationary year.
