Once again the Verkehrs- und Transportschule 47 showed at their TdA what the “Mötis” have learned and can already do impeccably.
At various stations, the visitors were invited to immerse themselves in the world of motorists, of course after a great welcome speech. Be these in the FATRAN (driving training facility), with the snow chain mounting or tire lifting. Furthermore, one was invited to ride with a Steyr truck on the off-road slope. The recruits showed their skills and some of the co-drivers were certainly happy only to (have to) ride along. After these various posts and a vehicle show we moved to the barracks, where the well-tried, but very fine lunch was taken. On the menu was Hörnli with minced meat, apple sauce and a doughnut. Afterwards the train school with show interlude and the uniform show stood still on the program.
Angi (only recently at the CHAFlern) and Daniel spent another very great and instructive day in Wangen an der Aare.
