On Saturday 14 April, the Day of the Families took place at the Brugg Weapons Square. After the greeting by the commander of Genieschule 73 Colonel D. Wegrampf, the visitors were presented with an interesting picture of the various functions of the genius troops. This album focuses on the Sappeure of Company 2. Among others, the support bridge 46 m (Ustü Brü 46m), the construction of a steel girder bridge 90, blasting service and the tools of a Sappeur Company were shown. For the members of the Kp 2, the day of the visit was also the end of the specialist service training. As thanks for the work and as motivation for the forthcoming training, the commander of Company 2 presented the cadres and soldiers with an engraved axe. The higher squad received a large two-handed axe and the soldiers a hatchet. A great tribute and not to be taken for granted. Patrick and Tobias were on site for the association CHAF.
