The organizers of this year’s Haslitaler Nostalgieflugtag asked us for an exhibition of carrier pigeons at Meiringen airfield. Of course, our FHD representative Linda accepted immediately and with great enthusiasm and planned and built up the exhibition with great attention to detail. On a table decorated with the A-Blache various exhibits, books on the subject FHD/MFD and various brochures from this time were shown. On the back wall, hand-drawn posters of various interesting things about the carrier pigeons were hung up. Also we could be pleased about the numerous interesting discussions, which visitors led with us and could attach thereby also again or other good contact. From the association CHAF Linda and Daniel were in action.
