In the fourth training march, the small training group of Ramona, Linda and Daniel returned to Aargau. More precisely in the area between Bad Zurzach and Koblenz.
To get a better walking time, this time they gave up a break with food and grill and so the three managed the distance of almost 20 kilometers in 4.5 hours. Unfortunately, the three participants also felt good about their bodies. 🙂
